Box Office Policies
All performances begin on time. Late seating is not guaranteed. When and if possible, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
Personal Recording Devices
Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be turned off during the performance.
Patrons who have mobility issues, face challenges with their vision or depth perception, or those who may be attending the performance with a service animal are encouraged to contact the box office for additional assistance when purchasing their tickets. Wheelchair seating is available for all performances, and the theater has a wheelchair-accessible restroom. Our Front of House staff is ready to assist you to your seats upon arrival.
Assistive listening devices are provided free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis. Please bring a photo ID to the box office in exchange for a device.

In person at the CSC Box Office
Deadline for all exchanges is 24 hours prior to the date on the original tickets. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. No exchanges will be processed the hour before a show.
Each exchange is subject to a $20.00 fee per ticket. Members are eligible for no-fee exchanges.
Group sales tickets, Access tickets, complimentary tickets, tickets purchased through third-party agencies (TDF, TDI, Broadway.com, etc.), lost tickets, and tickets for past performances do not qualify for exchanges.
