How To Access Discounted Tickets 

When using a promotion code, you must login or create a CSC account. Discounts will not apply if you are not logged in first.  If you are a current CSC member, your discounts will automatically apply to your ticket(s) once you have logged into your CSC account and after selecting “checkout”. 

Steps:  

• Once you’re logged into your CSC account, you can select Get Tickets on our website. Here you can see all the performances of Fiasco Theater’s PERICLES.  
• Select your show 
• Select up to 2 seats and add them to your cart.
  • Only Standard Seats, which are the color blue are eligible for discounts. Prime Seats (orange color) and Classic Prime Seats (red color) are not eligible for discounts.
    • All seats when you hover over them will show the standard rates with no discounts applied to them. You must go to the checkout page to see your discount applied.  
• Once you have selected your seats and added them to your cart. Continue to add the promo code from the offer you received and Select “Checkout.”
  • If you do not see discounts applied, please make sure you are logged into your account and that your selected seats are eligible for discounts. Only one discount can be applied per order.  
• Press “Continue”, and you can then select your ticket delivery method.
  • Select “Print-At-Home” to receive an electronic ticket sent to your email address. You will receive a confirmation email and a separate email with your e-ticket(s) attached.  
  • Select “Will Call” to have your tickets printed for you at the Box Office available for pick up 1 hour prior to the performance. 

All sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket exchanges may be requested up to 48 hours prior to each performance. All exchanges are subject to availability and any difference in ticket price, as well as a $20 exchange fee per ticket.
